Clinical Supervision for Licensing

I offer individual and group Washington State Approved Clinical Supervision for social workers and other mental health associates.

I bring over three decades of experience to this work. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Social Work in 1990, my experience includes work with individuals from infancy to older adulthood in many health and community settings as well as in my private practice.

I have worked in community mental health, child welfare, child and family therapy, and public healthcare roles. I have extensive experience working with clients facing addictions, domestic violence, immigrant and refugee populations, and individuals struggling with mental health conditions. I have been a Washington State Approved Supervisor since 2005, and am comfortable supervising clinicians working with adults and children in a variety of settings. I have supervised hundreds of associates to successful licensure.

My goals in working with associates are to help you blossom and gain confidence as a professional; to support you in your professional goals as you work toward licensure; to help you define and thrive in your chosen niche; and to provide a rich collaborative group learning experience, where you will feel supported by peers.

I provide a Wednesday evening supervision group that meets twice a month for two hours. The groups run fall through summer, and are time limited to 12 group hours for $420.

I also offer Sunday morning topic-based workshops which are typically 4-hours in length. The fee varies per workshop.

Thank you for your grace, wisdom, experience and guidance through this journey together. I am a stronger clinician because of you. Thank you for modeling healthy balance, and for sharing who you are with us. I will miss this time dearly.
